The veterinary practice was founded in the early 1930’s by John T. Barry and was based at Abercromby Place in Fermoy. Conor O’ Brien took over the practice and relocated to Courthouse Road in Fermoy. Pat Noonan joined in 2001, becoming partner in 2003. We moved to our new clinic in May 2022.

Niamh is one of our companion animal clinicians. Niamh graduated from UCD in 2018 and spent time working as a companion animal vet in Dublin, Limerick, and West Sussex. During this time, Niamh completed her Certificate in Small Animal Medicine.
Outside of the clinic, Niamh works chairperson of The Veterinary Sustainability Network Ireland. In her spare time, she spends time with her partner and two cats in Cashel.
